Laura Caro was born in Caracas, Venezuela; and is of Italian and Spanish descent. From an early age, she displayed a natural passion for culinary arts. Her journey led her to Argentina where she refined her skills and developed a deep expertise in working with one of her greatest passions: Chocolate.

After gaining experience in several Italian, Peruvian, and Thai restaurants, she decided to launch her own catering service, blending her passion for these three cuisines with the vibrant flavors of her home country.
